Can a client hire an expert for a specific project?
Clients should contact the expert to request a specific project. An agreement must be reached between the two parties separate of the framework within Taighde. This includes monetary exchange, timekeeping, delivery deadline and other such specifications. Taighde plans to have a system in place in the future that will allow us to carry out such transactions through the site.
How quickly are reports sent?
Within a seconds or hours depending on their immediate availability. Reports are sent as soon as your payment clears.
Returns and refunds
All refunds are subject to our terms and conditions. Subscription services are not refundable. If the report description does not match the content of the report, we will be more than happy to issue a refund. Please contact us by sending an email to service@taighde.com.
