This report details the new Sovereign Wealth Fund that is being created by Angola's government. The new fund, named Fundo Soberano Angolano, once created is expected to receive close to $25 billion. Following current oil price trends, the fund might be one of the largest five sovereign wealth funds in the world. This report states that the fund will have more than $50 billion by 2015 and close to $120 billion by 2020.

The report also details possible investments and its relationship with Sonangol, the state-owned oil company.
