5 Cheapside is an office and retail development in London, United Kingdom being developed by St Martins Property. It will consist of 8,100 sq m of offices on six floors with c.1,860 sq m of retail at ground and lower ground levels. It should be finished in the first half of 2009. It started being constructed in 2005 and is expected to cost a total of ₤200 million.
