The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) invested $400 million for a 11% stake in the company on May 12, 2008. The stake is owned by a GIC subsidiary, GIC Special Investments Pte Ltd. The GIC is allowed to appoint a director to the board of directors.
