Investments
The ADIH has invested in the following projects.
Porta Moda
Porta Moda (also known as Style City) is a USD 17 billion project that seeks to create a style and design hub concept for implementation in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Morocco, Tunisia, and India. It will comprise of a mix of retail and residence components, as well as educational facilities.
Qatar Entertainment City
ADIH has invested in Qatar Entertainment City, a USD 3 billion mixed-use development project located north of Doha.
Sunset Hills
ADIH has invested in Sunset Hills, a residential development in Bahrain, at the edge of the Al Areen project (see the Gulf Holding Company)
Porta Reef
ADIH has invested in Porta Reef, a luxury residential development and exhibition hall located on Reef Island in Bahrain.
India Entertainment City
The ADIH has invested in the India Entertainment City development in Navi Mumbai via a USD 400 million Shariah-compliant fund, and based on the previous Qatar Entertainment City venture. It will contain residential and retail components.
The Lagoon
ADIH has invested in the Lagoon at Amwaj Islands in Bahrain. This 2.75 million square meter land reclamation project will be developed into a tourist and commercial district.
Energy City Qatar
ADIH has invested an undetermined amount in the Energy City Qatar development.
Beirut Gate
ADIH has invested in the Beirut Gate high-rise development in the Beirut Central District, near the Foch-Allenby area.
Gulf German Residences
ADIH has invested in the European real estate market via the Gulf German Residences, a 15,000-unit development split between urban centers and suburban residences.
