Airport City Development is a logistic company based in China. It is the sole logistic firm for Beijing Capital International Airport.
Global Logistic Properties, which is majority owned by GIC Real Estate, purchased 53% of the company for $374 million. GLP is expected to sell off non-related assets.[1]
