Al-Rayyan Hills is a luxury development project in Yemen. The project will include include 239 villas, 245 high-end apartments, 72 townhouses, a five-star hotel, and office and retail area. The project is expected to cost around $600 million and will take five years.
The Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company (Qatari Diar) and Shibam Holding is developing the project.
