Ambea is health-care company based in the Scandinavia. It has operations in Sweden, Finland, and Norway. 3i is the majority owner of the company and holds 75% of the company.
The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation owns 15.9% of the company.
According to press accounts, 3i and the GIC are both willing to sell to Triton, a buyout firm. The deal is reportedly worth €850 million.
