Baluchistan refinery

Baluchistan refinery is an oil refinery in Pakistan that once completed will have capacity of 200,000 barrels a day to 300,000 barrels a day. A joint venture between the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) and Pakistan Arab Refinery Company are building this refinery. IPIC owns 74% and Pakistan Arab Refinery Company owns the remaining 36%.

There has been no end date for completion of the refinery. No major contracts have been awarded. The project is expected to have a cost of $5 billion.
