Bill Lu is a managing director at the China Investment Corporation. He is the head of investments in hedge funds and hedge-fund-like investments in public-market securities. Before joining the CIC in November 2009, he was a portfolio manager at Tudor Investment Corporation, a US hedge fund from 2004 to 2009.
