Bill Moran

Bill Moran is the Vice Chair of the Alaska Permanent Fund. He was appointed in 2006. He is the President and Director of First Bancorp, Inc., and has served as Director for Community Bancshares since 2001. He has also participated in the Ketchikan Pioneers Home Foundation, the First City Players, and the British Petroleum Community Advisory Board. He is a member of the Alaska Bankers Association and the Alaska Forest Association.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
