Brussels Renaissance, Marriott, and Marriott Executive Hotels are three different hotels bought on July 25, 2007 by Host Hotels & Resorts, GIC Real Estate, a subsidiary of Government of Singapore Investment Corp, and Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP. They are the 262-room Renaissance Brussels Hotel, the 218-room Brussels Marriott Hotel and the 57-unit Marriott Executive Apartments. Terms were not disclosed, but the announcement said the joint venture closed on a $97.4 million loan in conjunction with the acquisition.
