CTP Holdings is a palm oil plantation company based in Papua New Guinea. It is a joint venture between Cargill and Temasek Holdings. New Britain Palm Oil purchased 80% of the JV in February 2010 for $175 million in cash. Before the purchase, Cargill was the majority owner. The JV holds three plantations in Papua New Guinea and one in Indonesia.
Temasek and Cargill created the JV after purchasing the plantations from CDC Group in November 2005.
