Khazanah Nasional holds a 23.59% stake in the company. Khazanah set up a joint venture with Camco in September 2010. During the setting up of the joint venture, Khazanah purchased 9.2 million shares for £1.86 million. It later purchased 34.5 million shares from Generation Investment Management on September 27. As of September 30, 2010, Khazanah holds 43,780,913 ordinary shares. Khazanah holds the shares though it subsidiary Payar Investments Ltd.
