CapitaLand Chongqing project

CapitaLand Chongqing project is a project being developed by CapitaLand in the Chongqing province, China. The project will be developed in a 91,783-square meter site. It will consist of mixed-use with residential, retail, office, and hotel properties. The property cost roughly around $1 billion(SGD$1.28 billion) to purchase from the government.
Singbridge, which is fully owned by Temasek Holdings, will have 37.5% stake in the project. The remaining will be held by CapitaLand and CapitaMalls Asia. Temasek holds 40% of CapitaLand.[1]
