Centre International de Conferences is a commercial building in Paris, France right near Arc De Triomphe. The Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company (Qatari Diar), a subsidiary of the Qatar Investment Authority owned a 20% stake in the building until it sold it to Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, on July 16, 2008 for around $175 million.
