China Zhengtong is an automaker based in China. The company is expected to conduct an IPO on December 10 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which is expected to raise close to $470 million.
According to the Wall Street Journal, three sovereign wealth funds will purchase shares at the company's IPO. The China Investment Corporation, Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, and Temasek Holdings are all reported to have committed to a stake. The funds are not expected to be cornerstone investors.
