Clean Energy Fuels Corp is a consumer services company based in United States. The company provides natural gas fuel for transportation.
Temasek Holdings, Seatown Holdings (which is fully owned by Temasek), and RRJ Capital (which Temasek has invested in) purchased $150 million worth of convertible shares in August 2011. The notes will receive an interest of 7.5% and will come due in 2016 which will then convert to common stock worth $15 per share. Each of the three companies used subsidiaries to make the purchase: Temasek, Springleaf Investments; Seatown, Lionfish Investments; RRJ,Greenwich Asset Holding.[1][2] SEC form
