Cloe fund

The Cloe fund is a closed-end real estate fund. The fund is manged by Italian property company Prelios. The fund has a portfolio of 11 properties. The value of the fund is estimated at €550 million.
The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation holds a 13.6% stake in the company after purchasing the stake in January 2011. The GIC is believed to have paid $27 million for the stake. [1]
