Coffee Day Holdings is a operator of coffee cafes based in India. It was created in 2008 to hold all of V G Siddhartha's various companies. It is the holding entity of Way2Wealth Brokers, Coffee Day Hotels and Resorts, Global Technology Ventures, and Tanglin Development. The company has been valued at $500 million.
Temasek Holdings is in talks with two other institutional investors to invest $125 million into the company. The other two investors are Standard Chartered Private Equity and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts.
