Cypriot hotel complex

Cypriot hotel complex is a unnamed joint venture between the the government of Cyprus and the Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company (Qatari Diar). The joint venture will build a 592,020 square foot complex in Cyprus that will include retail shopping and residential properties. The agreement was signed in April 2010 when Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, visited Cyprus. The project is estimated to cost around $150 million. It is unclear how much each party will contribute. Groundbreaking is schedule to occur at the end of 2010.
