D. Michael Steuert is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Fluor Corporation, which he joined in 2001. He previously served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Litton Industries Inc. (now part of Northrop Grumman Corporation). Prior to joining Litton, Steuert served as senior vice president of GenCorp Inc., an automotive, specialty chemicals, and aerospace company.
