Darling Walk

Darling Walk is a construction project based in Sydney, Australia. The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority has taken a $230 million stake in the project on September 10, 2008. The project includes 58,000sqm of office space, a retail precinct, theatre, community green, water park and underground car park. Lend Lease owns and operates the property. Commonwealth Bank has already signed an agreement to take over most of the office space when it opens.
This was ADIA's 4th investment in 2008.
