Dead Sea Resort Company is a joint venture between Aabar Investments and Jordan Dead Sea Touristic and Real Estate Investment Company. The JV will develop and build a Hilton hotel off Jordan's Dead Sea waterfront. The company was initially capitalized with $94 million. Aabar will own 45% of the JV. The hotel is expected to be completed in 2013.
