Diar Dushanbe is a planned development in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company (Qatari Diar) is developing and will be operating the mix-use development. The project will be over 68,000sqm on the Gissar Canal and is expected to be completed in 2014. It will have five residential buildings, a hotel, and several office buildings. The agreement to proceed on the project was signed during a state-visit of Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, chairman of the Qatar Investment Authority and heir apparent.
