Diar Infrastructure Services Company is a joint venture between Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company and Arcapita Bank. This deal was announced on December 16, 2007. This company will be based in Qatar and will have an exclusive mandate to develop all of Qatari Diar projects that need utility services. This company will focus on district cooling, sewerage treatment and waste management, water desalination and treatment solutions, power generation and energy management solutions, telecommunications and any other infrastructure or utility requirements deemed necessary by Diar.
The first project will be on the Lusail Real Estate Project.
