Dominique D’Hinnin has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Lagardère Group since 1998. He joined Lagardère in 1990 as advisor to the Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Group. After that, he held different positions within the Group, first being appointed as Internal Audit Manager, and then CFO Hachette Livre in 1993, before being appointed Executive Vice President of Grolier Inc in the United States.
He is a member of the board of directors of EADS, Ecrinvest 4 SA (Chairman & Managing Director), Sogeade Gérance SAS, Eole SAS (Chairman), Financière de Pichat SAS, Financière de Pichat & CIE SCA, Matra Manufacturing & Services SAS, Newsweb SA (Chairman), Club des Normaliens dans l’Entreprise (Chairman), Ecole Normale Supérieure (Treasurer), Infogrames Entertainment SA (Vice-Chairman), Le Monde SA, and CANAL + France SA.
