E.Sun Financial Holding Co Ltd is a banking and financial services company in Taiwan. It was established in 2002. Temasek Holdings holds 15% of Sun though its subsidiary Adahlis Holdings B.V. Temasek also controls one board seat.
On March 5, 2008, it was announced that Eric Chen, Temasek's board member, had resign his seat. It is believe that Temasek will not put another person on the board. This leads to speculation that Temasek might be selling its stake in Sun[1].
