Emlak Konut is a real estate investment trust based in Turkey. The company was listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange on December 2, 2010. It raised $713 million at its IPO.
The Libya Investment Authority took a 5% stake in the company at its IPO. The LIA paid 147.9 million lira.[1]
