Exim Bank-FIBank partnership

The Export-Import Bank of China (Exim Bank) and the Bulgaria's First Investment Bank (FIBank) have a joint partnership to fund projects in Bulgaria. The partnership was announced on November 20, 2009. FIBank will become a agent of Exim Bank in Bulgaria. It is not known what projects or investments the partnership will invest in.
FIBank is the sixth largest in Bulgaria. This is the first deal between a Bulgarian bank and a Chinese bank.
