Four Penn Center is an office building in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) held the building until selling it in December 1999. The GIC held the stake though its subsidiary Rutherford Hayes Delaware Inc, which was a unit of GIC Real Estate. The building was sold for $13.3 million.
