Frac Tech Holdings fully holds Frac Tech Services(FTS International), an oil equipment & services company based in the United States.
A consortium of Temasek Holdings and RRJ Capital have acquired a 70% stake in the Frac Tech Holdings. The deal was announced in April 2011 and closed during the 2nd quarter of 2011.[1] The consortium paid $3.6 billion for the company. It is very likely that Temasek is an investor is RRJ Capital. Temasek directly owns 40% of the company.
