Fraser and Neave is a Singapore based business group involved in foods and beverages, property and printing and publishing.
Temasek Holdings held close to a 15% stake in the company for 4 years until they sold it in July 2010 to Kirin Holdings for $970 million. Temasek held 14.9% from December 2006. Temasek controlled two seats on the Board of Directors, it is not clear if Temasek gave up their seats on the board when they sold their stake. Simon Israel is one of the directors. Temasek bought 205.5 million shares at $4.38 per share which equals to about $900 million.
The Government Pension Fund of Norway held a 0.73% stake in the company as of December 31, 2009. The stake is valued at $30,534,171.
