Fu Ziying

Fu Ziying is the Non executive director of the China Investment Corporation and is Vice Minister at the Ministry of Commerce. He was previously Assistant Minister of Commerce. Previously, he served successively in a number of senior positions in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation including as Director General of the Department of Planning and Finance. He also served as Director of Reanda Certified Public Accountants. He has a PhD from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Economics.
