Fullerton Financial Holdings Pte Ltd (FFH) is a wholly owned investment vehicle of Temasek Holdings. However, while Temasek does have oversight and control over FFH, management and the board of directors are separate from Temasek.
Fullerton has several large investments in the financial sector. They include Standard Chartered Plc, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, ICICI Bank, China Minsheng, and China Construction Bank.
