GIC and Orchard Street

GIC Real Estate, a subsidiary of Government of Singapore Investment Corporation and Orchard Street Investment Management have created a £300m UK 'special situations fund' to invest in property in the UK.
This fund is look to invest in up to 15 individual investments over the course of the next 3 years. The assets will be between £15m and £50m.
