Gatwick is an airport located outside of London, United Kingdom. The airport was purchased by the Global Infrastructure Partners investment fund in 2009 for ₤1.5 billion
The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority purchased a 15% stake in the airport in February 2010. The terms of the deal have not been finalized but ADIA is expected to pay ₤125 million ($196.4 million).
