Guoxin Asset Management is a state-owned investment fund in China. The fund will solely invest in Chinese state-owned companies that are unprofitable. The fund will be initially capitalized with around $3 billion (20 billion Chinese yuan).
Guoxin is under the supervision of State-owned Asset Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
