Herrrenknecht-Aabar JV

Herrrenknecht-Aabar JV is a planned joint venture between Herrenknecht AG, a German tunnel boring company, and Aabar Investments. The JV will create a factory in Abu Dhabi that will assemble and manufacture tunnel-boring machinery and equipment. Initial capitalization of the JV will be $6.8 million (Dh25 million. Aabar will own 51% of the JV and paid $3.5 million(Dh 12.75 million) for the stake.
