Hochtief and Qatari Diar JV is a joint venture between Hochtief AG and the Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company. It will focus on developing the major Lusail development that Qatari Diar is operating. Qatari Diar owns 51% of the company, while Hochtief owns the rest.
The Qatar Investment Authority, which controls Qatari Diar, has a 9.1% stake in Hochtief.
