Hyatt Hotels Corp is a major hotel provider based in the United States.
The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) currently owned 4.9% of the company. It purchased a 6.9% stake on November 4, 2009. It purchased 3 million shares for an unknown price. [1] The GIC sold off less than a million shares in 2011 which left them with 2,182,106 shares.[2]
The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority purchased 10.9% of A shares in December 2009 before selling their entire stake in March 2012.[3] ADIA held 4.76 million shares. The stake gave ADIA a smaller then 3% total equity stake in the company.[4]
