ICSA India is an energy infrastructure company based in India.
The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation currently owns a 5.098% stake(2,454,490 shares) in the company. The GIC originally purchased 2.2 million shares on March 30, 2008 which gave them a 5.0245% stake in the company. The GIC had increased their stake to 2,578,272(5.355%) before selling 123,782 shares in December 2012.[1]
According to press account, the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority also has a stake in the company
