IL&FS real estate investment fund

IL&FS real estate investment fund is a $895 million fund investing in real estate. It is being operated by IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd. The fund has already made four commitments worth between $25-50 million each in residential and industrial projects. The fund is expected to be fully invested within 24 months.
According to press accounts, two Sovereign Wealth Funds have invested into the fund with an unknown amount.
