J. Christopher Flowers is a former Goldman Sachs partner and billionaire who in 2001 started a private-equity group named JC Flowers & Company.
He was born on October 27, 1957.
In 2000 he bought the Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan and renamed it Shinsei Bank.
