China Jianyin Investment Securities (Jianyin Investment) is controlled by the Central Huijin, which is a subsidiary of the China Investment Corporation. Jianyin holds shares in major Chinese brokerages and is used as a policy vehicle for reform of the financial sector.
The first 100 billion yuan of assets was divested from China Construction Bank.
