John Buck International is a joint venture between The John Buck Co. and the Mubadala Development Company. It was formed in April 2008 to invest in property development, leasing and management services in Abu Dhabi and elsewhere in the Gulf region. Mubadala will own 51 percent of the new venture and John Buck the remaining 49 percent.
