Johor land
From Taighde
Johor land is a large piece of land that the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority bought from the South Johor Investment Corporation for $1.2 billion on August 28, 2007. The land is part of a effort by the Malaysian government to turn 2,200 square kilometers into a industrial and tourism zone. The land is right next to the border with Singapore. The pblueprint calls for $105 billion, most of which will come from private investors.
