Kawasaki Tech Center is a an office and data center building in the city of Kawasaki in Japan. The Kawasaki Tech Center is a 20-story building located in Kawasaki in the vicinity of Kawasaki train station.
On August 23, 2001, GIC Real Estate, a unit of Government of Singapore Investment Corporation announced the 100% acquisition of the Kawasaki Tech Center, for $125 million ( JPY 14.8 billion). This transaction marked the first investment of this kind by GIC RE in greater Tokyo.
