Kerpan shrimp farm is the third largest shrimp farm in Malaysia. Blue Archipelago Bhd, a company owned by Khazanah Nasional, owns the farm. It was owned by the national government and the local government when it bought the stake from the bin Laden family.
According to a press account, the farm might be sold to another company to develop an oil terminal. [1]
