Le Song Lai

Le Song Lai was appointed Executive Director of the Vietnam State Capital Investment Corp (SCIC) in August 2006. Prior to joining SCIC, Lai served as Deputy Director of the Insurance Department of the Ministry of Finance from 2003 to 2006. Lai is also currently a member of the Board of Directors of Bao Minh Insurance Corporation (Bao Minh) and of the Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation (Vinare).
